In Mama Central the Grow With You content will give you either a video or PDF for exactly where you are in your pregnancy.
Once in your third trimester you will see a Beautiful Birth section with videos that are really great for prepping for birth.
You will always have access to all prenatal content in the Library.

The first and most important thing is to make sure your guess (or delivery) date is recorded. Input your date by going to: My Account –> My Pregnancy.
For the first 6 weeks postpartum you will see the Daily 7 in Mama Central. These are exercises that can easily be done throughout your day.
Once you’ve reached 6 weeks postpartum, Mama Central will hold three different, core focused exercise classes – great to start moving with lots of core and pelvic floor focused work.
After a minimum of 10 weeks postpartum, you can try the Postpartum Fit exercise class that is designed as a bridge to harder exercise classes.
